Plans, directs and leads the profitable growth of the district operation to ensure market competitiveness and organizational operational excellence. Manages and/or coordinates all district operating functions, specifically inventory management and quality, warehouse management, and transportation operations.
The Director of Operations will carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Main responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work flow; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Successful applicant will establish a team environment for problem-solving and responding to customer needs, building strong relationships with customers at all levels internally and externally.
